Okay but Tony Stark literally with the essence of a star in his chest
Like, the Starks had no idea what they had done when they created Starkium
They literally created stars
He’s got a star in his chest, it’s power and essence and soul, and it protects him and he doesn’t know it
He doesn’t know that it’s what whispers in his ear at night, soothing his nightmares and anxieties and telling him about the galaxies, and how he didn’t need to fear them
He thought he was going insane
Until he takes a hit to the chest and the armor is destroyed, and the star gets raging mad
oppression isn’t generational and trying to frame politics as “the old people are wrong and the young people are right” erases the fact that there are old people who have been fighting the good fight for decades and the fact that there are young people who are literally nazis
Plus while there might be less old people fighting the good fight it’s usually because they were killed or were part of the minorities that have poor living conditions that kill you early
Scotland just go already, yall are getting better than the rest of the uk all the time
“Lgbt inclusive curriculum”
Don’t tell me your going to make a course about being gay.
Fucking hell if it’s just like talking about lgbt rights activists in history class then it’s fine, but that wouldn’t even be new, do people not learn about Harvey milk? Or about how the lgbt community worked with the miner strike in the 80’s?
Y’all don’t fucking get that to introduce this stuff to history classes shouldn’t be “oooooo look how diverse and liberated we are” If you want lgbt’s to be considered normal stop acting like we’re special.
Oh do fuck off with your sanctimonious pish. It’s being included in normal personal development classes.
And I think you’ll struggle to find a high school history class that extensively covers the LGBT communities roll in miner strikes.
This is a good thing, that’s intended to teach everyone about the LGBT community. Lots of homophobia stems from ignorance and this is to counter that.
